Our Content And Third-Party Rights
Unless otherwise identified, original articles and site materials created for Boost My Brew are protected by applicable copyright law. Third-party photographs, logos, trademarks, quotations, and other materials belong to their respective owners. A product mention does not transfer rights in that brand’s materials.
Permission Requests
You may link to our pages and use material as permitted by law. For permission to reproduce substantial text, images, or other site materials, email contact@boostmybrew.com with the relevant URL, the material requested, and how you plan to use it.
Reporting A Copyright Concern
Send copyright notices to contact@boostmybrew.com with the subject Copyright Notice. Include the following information to help us assess your report.
What To Include In A Notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list when appropriate.
- Identification of the material you are reporting and its exact page URL, with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the reported use is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the right allegedly infringed.
How Reports Are Handled
We review reports and may request clarification, remove material, or disable access where appropriate. If you believe material was removed by mistake, reply with the relevant URL and supporting information. Formal DMCA counter-notification procedures may apply in some circumstances. Read the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 guidance for information about notices and counter-notices.
Accurate Notices
Consider whether permission, a license, fair use, or another legal exception applies before sending a notice. Knowingly misrepresenting an infringement claim or a counter-notification can carry legal consequences. This policy does not determine ownership or resolve legal disputes.
